Terry Lee Quillen

Terry Lee Quillen, 66, of Bloomington died suddenly Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. He was born March 28, 1954 in Bloomington to Homer Quillen and Marietta Frye Quillen. He was a cabinet finisher for Fleur De Lis Design formerly Feree Cabinet.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Patty Ryan Quillen of Bloomington; his mother, Marietta Frye Quillen of Bloomington; two step sons, Danny (Laura) Butcher and Patrick (Celeste) Butcher; a sister, Diane Posadas; brothers, Archie Quillen, John (Terri) Quillen and Gary (Lori) Quillen; six grandchildren, Olivia Latimer, Rafe, Braxton, Wyatt, Cole and Lydia Butcher; two uncles, Don (Nancy) Frye and Larry Frye; three aunts, Phyllis Eckelberry, Doris Wilson and Betty Jo; his mother-in-law, Betty Ryan; three brothers-in-law, John, Mike and Jack (Peggy) Ryan; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Homer Quillen; a nephew, Jarod Quillen; his father-in-law, Robert “Bob” Ryan; and two uncles, Archie Frye and Gary Ross Frye.
Terry was of the Christian Faith. He enjoyed spending time with his family; being a cabinet finisher playing golf and playing softball where he met many great friends through the years. He was a 1972 Graduate of Bloomington High School.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Monday, February 1, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 6030 W State Road 48. Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 1:00 PM also in the church with Pastors Ray New and Fred Stanger officiating; burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
