Angelina Marie Indell entered into rest on Monday, January 7, 2013 at her home in Boca Raton, Florida. Angelina was 85 years old and was survived by her 5 children; Louis, Michael, Joseph, and Johnny, and her daughter, Patricia. Angelina also left behind 14 grandchildren, each and every one of her children and grandchildren held a very special place in her heart and each were very special to her in her own way and we all knew it. There was no doubt that Angelina loved her family. All she ever asked for was to remain home with her family until the day came when she went home to be the Lord. And it comforts us, her family, to know that we kept her wishes and were able to be with her as she took her last breath. She would not want us to cry and be sad but to rejoice and be happy that she is now with the Lord in Heaven.
If you could have seen Angelina through the eyes of her children and grandchildren, you would see an amazing and beautiful woman, inside and out. A woman dedicated to her family, she loved her grandchildren more than life itself and for every one that knew her, knew that she was a woman who also loved her children beyond words. Our mother was a loving and caring to all, she was a spiritual leader and prayed each day for every family member separately and always prayed that everyone would get along and love each other. Angelina believed in forgiveness, and she never held a grudge. Angelina took joy when her children were happy, that was all she ever wanted was for everyone to be happy and to love one another.
For everyone that knew Angelina knew that she always made everyone laugh, all of the time, even as she began to deteriorate she still made us laugh with her silliness! We all have our own very special memories of Angelina, things that will make us laugh, and cry, and those memories can never be taken away from us, even if she was. Angelina will continue to live on in our hearts, soul and mind each day. We can only be happy now for Angelina, not sad; she is no longer suffering, she is living inside each and every one of us who loved her and knew her.
While preparing for our mother’s service, we found this letter; this is word for word as Angelina wrote it.
To all my precious children,
I just want you all to know how much I love you all. I am so proud to have a wonderful family. I had 6 children and God knew what he was doing when he gave me a daughter last so she can take care of me, and she does my sweet girl I love you more than words can say. I love all of my sons, each one is special. God took my first son Tom and he was a man of God, he read his Bible all the time and did a lot for the kingdom of God, but I guess Jesus needed him there. I don't want you to grieve for me but I would like one thing. That you all get born again and read the loving word of God all the time and love one another as God loves you. I have beautiful grandchildren. I know dad never saw them but I know that he is in heaven and he saw them and he knows them. "I will not fear- because god didn't give us the spirit of fear, but of love and power" (2nd Timothy 1-7). I love you Tom, Louis, Michael, Joey, John, and he gave me Chuckie, and my sweet girl Tricia and all my daughter in laws. One day we will be together again.
My Love Forever,
Mama.
Mom, we love you and you will never be forgotten, just deeply missed each day until one day when we see each other again.
