October 25, 1945 – March 19, 2026
Blanche Yacoub, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and the heart of her family, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026, at the home of her son, Ramzi. She was 80 years old.
Born in Palestine on October 25, 1945, Blanche’s life was defined by her courage and her unwavering commitment to those she loved. Alongside her beloved husband, Costande, she immigrated to the United States with a singular, selfless goal: to build a better life for her children.
Blanche found her greatest joy in the simple yet profound roles of wife and mother. She was the steady hand and the warm heart of the Yacoub home, ensuring her family was always cared for and well-fed with her exceptional Arabic cooking. After the passing of her husband in 2001, Blanche carried his memory with her daily; her family takes great comfort in knowing that after years of heartbreak, she is finally at peace and reunited with him in heaven.
Her legacy of love lives on through her children, Ramzi and Lena; her daughter-in-law, Lily; and her son-in-law, Vincent. She was the cherished grandmother of Noelle, Vincent, Layla, Nadia, and Juliana, to whom she was a source of endless tradition, warmth, and the best meals they will ever know.
