Eddie was born in Youngstown, Ohio on May 9, 1940, the son of John Vecchione and Carmelena Fiordelise Vecchione. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1962 – 1966 and married Gilda Ann Graziano on August 10, 1963. He was the head grower for Mahoning Valley Mushroom Farms. He moved his family to South Florida in 1981. He loved boxing, football, cigars, the Cleveland Browns, his dogs, and music.
He is survived by his wife Gilda, his three children John (Natalie), Michael and Michele Finneran (Brian); grandchildren Nicholas and Gianna; sisters Marcella Innocenzi (Rich), and Sarah Hill (William); two nephews and six nieces.
Friends may call Thursday from 4 – 8 PM, Babione–Kraeer Funeral Home at 1100 N. Federal Hwy, Boca. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday at Ascension Church in Boca, with burial at Veterans Cemetery in Lake Worth.
