Eugene Edward Sheehan

Sheehan, Eugene Edward, 91, of Boca Raton passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Hospice by the Sea Care Center in Boca Raton. Gene was deeply loved and cherished and will be forever in the hears of his wife and children. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Julis Sheehan and his brother John George Sheehan. Mr. Sheehan is survived by his wife Yolanda "Wanda"; his children, Kathy Golz, Eileen (Peter) Moroney, Kevin (Jennifer) Sheehan, and Karen Kennedy; his grandchildren, Kimberly (Paul) Scuta, Kristi Hampton, David (Kandi) Kennedy, Christopher Sheehan, Michelle Kennedy, Kaitlyn Sheehan, Michael Sheehan, and Megan Whitelaw; and great-grandchildren, Jacob and Kyle Scuta, Ryan and Madisyn Hampton, Felysha Kennedy, and Kaitlyn, Billie, and Rubi Whitelaw. Friends may call from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 28th at Babione Funeral Home (West Chapel) where a funeral service will be held at 4:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michaels Catholic Church followed by burial with military honors at National Memorial Park in Virginia on Wednesday. The Sheehan family requests expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
