After courageously battling ovarian cancer the past eight months, Kim entered into rest on May 11, 2024 at the age of 66 at Trustbridge Hospice by the Sea, Boca Raton, Florida.
During the final weeks of her family centric life Kim was visited by many family and friends who traveled across the country to express their love and affection for their sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend.
Kim‘s true legacy is her son Nathan. She exited the workforce and devoted all of her energy into guiding him throughout his formative years and adulthood, shaping him into the authentic young man he has become.
After moving to Boca Raton in 2014 with her husband Lee and son Nathan, she became actively involved with Special Spaces, a nonprofit organization that creates dream bedroom makeovers for children with cancer. Kim was very passionate about this cause and would want it to be supported. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory by clicking the link below, then scroll down to pink donate button.

Kim is survived by her husband of 46 years and son along with siblings Luann Bogdan, Gerard G. Piccolo Jr., Peter Piccolo, and Jennifer Piccolo.
