

Albin graduated high school in 1957 and earned his medical degree in 1963. He achieved his Doctorate Of Medical Science in 1971 from the University of Cluj. In 1973, he immigrated to the United States, where he completed his neurology residency at the VA Hospital and University of Minnesota. He later served as a staff neurologist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, becoming board certified in 1979.
Albin founded the Florida Neurologic Center and devoted over forty years to diagnosing, treating, and comforting patients.
He was married to Rodica for 58 years and was a proud father to Mircea and Corina. His grandchildren, Collin, Chet, Beckett, and Delaney, were a source of great joy. He held high standards, yet loved generously and supported sacrificially.
Albin loved tennis, soccer, and volleyball. He was an avid traveler and had a passion for music, particularly Elvis Presley and opera.
Albin loved life and lived it to the fullest, often saying, "I did it my way." He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, perseverance and fierce love for his family.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held at Babione West Funeral Home, located at 10060 Calle Comercio Drive, Boca Raton, Florida, on August 23, 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a religious service at 11:00 am
