I love you lady more than you'll ever know, from the moment I met you I became another grandchild to you and you made that clear and I hold such a special spot in my heart for you not only that but the way you loved my babies and told me so many times, how much you loved us. But it was just the way you made us feel anytime we were with you, I miss you so much it hurts so badly, you are one of the most amazing souls I have ever met, you were the strongest most caring person, they truly don't make them like you anymore mema, you made anyone around you feel special and I just wish I could hug you just once more, thank you for everything and all the memories I will miss hearing your voice and laugh you were the best mema ever xoxoxoxox

Last photo of the siblings in dad’s (Gordon)  summer house in Fakenham on 31st May. They were so happy to all be together again and despite Pat feeling unwell she still wanted to spend as much time with everyone as possible. 
Lovely smile from a lovely lady, we will miss you Auntie Pat and will all raise a glass on the 13th.

We were so lucky to see Pat again this year back in Fakenham where she was born. In fact only a few weeks before she sadly passed away. Her bothers Gordon and Billy were both able to spend valuable time with their little sister Pat.  She was a courageous lady and a true 'Yank' my grandad Gordon would call her. She had left England and lived in America for over 60 years and her family and life was there. She loved coming back to England though and seeing her brothers and their families. We will always have fond memories of Pat and are sending you our love and thoughts. Although we can't be there with you to say our good byes we will raise a glass, smile, shed and tear and be thankful that we spent some time with our American Auntie Patty.
