RIP 🙏 Happy Heavenly Anniversary Bob can't believe it two years already.

Robert Bonfiglio was the youngest of three brothers and a sister who grew up in Brooklyn.

He met my mom Francesca as a teenager and so began one of the greatest love stories in history. 

He married my mom and they became inseparable and he faithfully loved her to this day.

They began their journey in an apartment on Bay 16th Street in Brooklyn where they gave birth to my older sister and I. 

With almost no money or savings, they purchased a house in Farmingdale Long Island because they wanted to give us a home to grow our family. 

My dad became a volunteer Fireman in Long Island and wanted to contribute to the community.

He got a job with American Airlines in general maintenance, but realized that he wanted more for his family.

With no special education or training, my dad found his passion in the clothing industry and opened a retail clothing store called Honey Fashions. 

Several years later we moved back to Brooklyn, and he purchased a larger home for our family. He built our basement with a jukebox and pool table for family and friends entertainment; he was a romantic visionary.

My dad and mom then opened a clothing factory, and this is where my dad caught his stride and became one of the most successful clothing contractor businesses in Brooklyn New York.

It became evident that he was an inspiring leader and that people enjoyed working for him including family (like my mom’s sister Jeanie), and all his employees became like family.

When I was a teenager, I lived through my dad’s eyes by seeing an honorable husband to my mom, a successful businessman, and as a father raising my sister’s and I with a safe and happy journey throughout our lives.

My dad was devoted to our family and was always there for my sisters  and I. He always made us all feel loved.

My dad and mom created a beautiful life for us and provided us with the ability to create our own beautiful lives and families.

My sincerest condolences.  Sandra, your dad was one of a kind.  I will never forget our cruise together with me, you and your parents.  Rest in peace and fly with the angels.

Our heartfelt condolences from the Graffeo family. Our mother,  Loretta has been a life-long friend of Bobby and his incredible wife Fran.  We enjoyed many good times together and have fond memories of our time with your family. Our sister,  Sister Mary Loretta ask me to tell you she will offer up prayers for him and your family.
