Salvatore Bologna, 50 (March 5,1969 – Dec. 1, 2019) Sal was born in Capaci, Sicily & moved to America in 1971, he grew up living in New York and Boca Raton, but ultimately relocated to Sebring FL where he made his fortune and raised his own children. Sal turned heads wherever he went, whether it by his sheer size or his infectious personality. To many he was an enterprising businessman who never shied away from sharing his entrepreneurial ideas with family and friends and always wanting to better those around him. He was also a silly, kindhearted jokester with an appetite for life. Sal was always hands on when it came to his 4 children, Joshua, Salvatore, Frank & Tina, he gave them everything, they went on amazing vacations and those memories will always be irreplaceable. His love for children didn’t stop with his own, he was active at the adults with special needs school that his eldest son Joshua attended. You could find him during the holidays being the super-size Santa Claus for children in the community, assisted by his daughter Tina. Sal defeated cancer, cardiac problems and many other health obstacles and was a fighter to the very end. Salvatore is survived by his children, Salvatore Jr, Frank and Tina, also by his brothers and sisters, Peter Bologna, Martino (Pedrina) Bologna, Maria (Herman) Holdorf, Mimma Bologna, & Angelo (Leslie) Bologna along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. His son Joshua and his parents Giuseppina & Franco preceded him in death. Sal was incredibly loved and will be incredibly missed.
