Steven Smoker

Born on July 30, 1961 in “The Bronx” NY, Steve went to Immaculate Conception Elementary School on Gun Hill Road and Christopher Columbus High School. He went on to become a cement mason/foreman in NYC until he found his calling as a Lounge Owner/Manager in both NY and FL. From Long Island’s BullCreek to Boca’s hot spots, Steve left a trail of smiles and even more friends. He co-owned Hush Lounge, and went on to manage, bartend, bounce, or whatever was needed at Manhattan’s, Havana Night Cigar Bar, and his most loved, 131 East Lounge.

Steve left behind countless friends and a very heartbroken family. His mom, Josephine Frasca of Jupiter, and sister, Debbie Dragone, from Dallas have a void in their heart that cannot be filled again.

Steve has three children, Jamie from Boca, FL and Zachary and Olivia from Rome NY.

Other loved family members include Steve’s Aunt Norma Romano, Uncle Vinny Capozzi, cousins Cheri Jones and Michelle Capozzi, along with nieces and nephews.

Steve is known by many as a true gentleman, a big teddy bear, a gentle giant, and a stand up guy. He will be truly missed and forever loved.

Steve’s service will be held at Babione’s Funeral Home on Wednesday April 1st, from 5pm-8pm. A gofundme.com/SteveSmoker account has been set up for those that would like to help the family pay for Steve’s service.
