William Brian Haggerty

William Brian Haggerty, 75, of Deerfield Beach, Florida, passed away on October 18, 2023. Born on January 14, 1948, in Brooklyn, NY, William was a beloved partner to Sarah Deighan and adoring father to Christopher Haggerty and Heather Echagarrua. He leaves behind his three beautiful grandsons, Connor Simmons, Andrew Echagarrua and Seamus Haggerty.

He is also survived by his sisters Maryanne Hogan, Sheila McMenamy, Colleen Monahan, and Ellen Issing. William was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Haggerty and Jane Cook.

William served his country as a Vietnam veteran, proudly associating himself with military service. His dedication and bravery in the armed forces will always be remembered.

A military burial will be held in William's honor at the National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. The date and time are yet to be determined. The arrangements are being handled by Babione Funeral Home.
