TSgt Bobby Ray Byrd died unexpectedly in his home December 2, 2014 at the age of 55. Bobby was born March 19, 1959 in Fayetteville, NC to Lester and Ruby Byrd. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sabrina Byrd; son, Donald Byrd; daughter, Ella Bishop; brothers, Wayne, Lester, and Robert; sister, Glenda Barefoot; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. TSgt Bobby Byrd served 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired in 1998. He will be remembered for his generosity, infectious smile and love for family.
