He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on November 11, 1952 the son of the late Hurshel Meadows and Mildred Adkins Meadows. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Meadows, Tony Meadows and Allen Meadows; a sister, Nancy Meadows.
Surviving are a daughter, Michelle Martin and husband, Boyd of Bolivia, NC; two sons, David Meadows of Georgia and Danny Meadows and fiancée' Samantha Garwood of West Virginia; two brothers, James Meadows and Billy Meadows and wife, June; three sisters, Judy Reedy and husband, Paul, Kathy Workman and Barbara Wright all of West Virginia; six grandchildren, Jason Martin, Jacob Martin, Jessica Meadows, Justin Meadows, Sarah Meadows and Bailey Hollis; three great-grandchildren, Katie Pittman, Emily Pittman and Ace Meadows; several nieces and nephews; a pet named "Spanky".
Funeral service will be 11:00 Monday August 8, 2022 in White Funeral Service Chapel, 603 Ocean Highway E. Bolivia, NC.
Burial will follow in the Mintz Cemetery Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
