Frank was born in Baltimore, MD on the sixth of February, 1943. After high school, he joined the US Army and served in Viet Nam, he then earned his Bachelor's degree and began a career in Radio as a news announcer.
Surviving are his loving wife, Candidie Lee Richardson; two sons, Joe Richardson of Milwaukee, WI, Brandon Richardson of Richmond, VA; and a daughter, Tina Sullivan and husband Brian of Denver, Colorado.
A celebration of life will be held in the Calabash VFW Post #7288 of which he was a member at three o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday the thirtieth of September, 2017 with military honors.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family asks with gratitude that memorials be made in his name to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
