

Jennifer was born in Fayetteville, NC on the twenty first of February, 1953 to the late Jenkins and Nepha McMillan McLaurin. She was a song writer by trade and her love of and ability to be creative extended into custom interior design and art.
Surviving are her loving husband and caregiver Charlie Floyd Fisher, Jr. of forty-nine years; a son Charlie Floyd Fisher, III and wife Mandy Drew Fisher of Elizabeth City, NC; a daughter, Heather Starns and husband Josh of Elizabeth City, NC; a sister, Beverly McLaurin of Fayetteville, NC; four grandchildren, Jeremy Harwood, Whitley Davis, Addyson Fisher, Benjamin Fisher; two great grandchildren, Cylas Harwood, Althea Harwood and her precious canine companion “Elvis”.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at two o’clock PM, on Saturday, the eleventh of March, 2017 in the Sunset Harbor First Baptist Church.
In lieu of customary remembrances the family requests with gratitude that only live flowers or plants be given so that they will live on in her memory.
