She is survived by her husband of 43 years, John H. Brown, Jr. of the home; a daughter, Lisa Lynch and husband Johnnie, of Pinebluff; a son, Danny Ricks and wife Amanda, of Rockingham; two sisters, Linda Wilkerson and Sissy Gibson, both of Rockingham; four grandsons who she loved dearly; and six great-grandchildren, who she also loved dearly.
Joyce was preceded in death by a grandson, Andy Jordan.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
