Patricia Ann Hatcher

Patricia Ann Hatcher, 74, passed away on May 26, 2026. Born on August 2, 1951 she was the daughter of the late Albert Ray Johnson and Bessie Davis Johnson. Patricia was dearly loved and will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude for a life marked by devotion, steady hard work, and a thoughtful, kind-hearted spirit.

Patricia grew up in the Funston Community of Winnabow before her family moved to Wilmington. She graduated from Hoggard High School in Wilmington and attended Miller-Motte Business College. With diligence and care, she built her career as an Officer Manager with Koch Sulfur and Cargill Salt of Wilmington. Beyond her work, Patricia expressed her patience and skill as a talented seamstress, and she found simple joy in spending time on the water.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Hatcher. She is survived by her son, Michael Lewis of Wilmington; a brother in-law, Donald Hatcher of Hampstead; two sister in-laws, Lettie Skipper of Leland and Lisa Mammay of Boiling Spring Lakes; and numerous extended members of the Hatcher family.

Graveside funeral services will be Saturday May 30, 2026 at 11am at the Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery, 7642 Funston Road SE, Winnabow, NC 28479.
