Robin was born in Norfolk, Virginia on October 9, 1962 and was the daughter of the late Gurney G. and Shirley Fulk Ashby. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Larry, Barry and Ray Ashby. She worked for Piggly Wiggly in Siler City, NC for ten years and later Lowes Food. She was a caregiver for her parents during their time of illness. Robin enjoyed drawing and arranging flowers and making wreaths. She owned Wreaths by Robin on Etsy.
She is survived by two sisters, Sonya Rice of Loveland, Colorado and Sherry Babcock of Cape Girardeau, MO. and her canine companion, Eddie.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 5 from one o'clock in the afternoon until three o'clock in the afternoon at VFW Post 8866, 573 Sabbath Home Road SW, Supply, North Carolina.
