Virginia Francis Biggs

She was born on June 3, 1948 in Elkton, MD the daughter of the late Warren Meekins and Lulu Rice Meekins also preceded in death by her two sisters, Sharon Peachin and Lennie Anuszewski.

Virginia was a loving person and never meet a stranger and her smile will live on forever in our hearts.

Surviving are two sons, Albert Ray Thompson, Jr. and wife, Robbin Camden DE, Bobby Thompson and wife, Tonya of Supply; a daughter, Miranda Walcott of Leland, NC; two sisters, Annette White of Delaware and Roxanne Brown and husband, Jay of Shallotte, NC; a brother, Warren Meekins, Jr. and wife, Patty of Harrington, DE; sister in-law, Dorothy Biggs; grandchildren, Albert Ray Thompson, III, Savannah Thompson, Brandon Thompson, Kaden Wood, Savannah Harden, Amber Gregg and James Sampson; numerous great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Ms. Virginia will be held Saturday, March 12, 2022 at eleven o'clock in the morning, at United Vision Pentecostal Church, Shallotte, NC.
