

Keith was born in New Hanover County on March 14, 1962 and was the son of Warren Lee Knox of Bolivia and the late Sarah Danford Knox. He was a Truck Driver and then he worked for Framatone. Following Framatone he worked for Progress/Duke Energy where he retired as a Traveling Maintenance Supervisor. Keith then worked for the Brunswick County Garage as their Fleet Manager and
currently owned and operated Knox Family Farms.
Mr. Knox was a licensed pilot and certified scuba diver. He volunteered with Brunswick County EMS and had served with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. He enjoyed traveling, camping, spending time with family and friends and spending time at the cabin in Sunset Harbor. Keith loved farming bust most of all he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
In addition to his father he is survived by his wife, Terri Knox of the home; three children, Charlie Knox and wife Samantha of Bolivia, Polly Huffman of Tennessee and Darol Huffman and wife Jessica of Leland; a brother, David Knox and wife Amy of Bolivia; a sister, Jan Vereen and husband Wilbur of Bolivia; grandchildren, Evan Huffman, Cole Huffman, Sidney Hill, Mack Hill, Kayleigh Knox and Elana Knox.
Funeral services will be held Saturday February 21, 2026 at eleven O’clock in the morning at Bethel United Methodist Church, Bolivia with Reverend Frank Brock officiating. Burial will follow in the David R. Mercer Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jessie Green, Evan Huffman, Michael Ferguson, C.J. Colby, Ken Fergusen and Jeff Fargo. Honorary pallbearer will be Mack Hill.
The family will receive friends Friday evening February 20, from six o’clock until eight o’clock at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 603 Ocean Highway Bolivia.
