Bobbi was born October 6, 1944 in Little Rock, Arkansas and grew up in San Diego, California. She was a purchasing agent for the federal government for over 30 years, serving several departments and retiring from Southwest Fisheries Science Center in La Jolla, California.
She was a vibrant soul with a huge heart and she was a great mother. She loved meeting new people and was generous with compliments for everyone she met.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Yoakum, her sister, Alana Glenn, and Alana's sons, Michael Caballero, James Caballero, Daniel Grammer, and Mathew Grammer, as well as her longtime partner, Elias Marquez Jr.
Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents, Dwight Wesley Stricklin and Landas Jo Sellers, her first husband, Ronald Houston Yoakum, and her last husband, James Lee Watkins.
