When I first met Chris, he was joining us at a privately owned property management company in Los Angeles by Marc Menowitz,  where I was in charge of operations / compliance and Chris was in charge of the maintenance facilities. He was quick to talk trash, make quick insulting jokes and references movie scenes to get a point across, including Chuck Norris jokes, so of course we go along almost immediately. Chris was always in shorts, flipflops and a t-shirt; perfect for a maintenance guy...HA!! 
I recall when Chris found an injured black dog and brought him to the office; the dog had been hit by a car and left injured. Chris brought the dog to the work office and asked if it was ok; there was another dog in the office, Bonnie, who was a female German Shepard; miraculously they got along great, and so we had a second mascot, Chris' new friend, Boss...only Chris could get away with that.
 - What made me laugh the most is that Chris was extremely comfortable with telling you that you were annoying him and was quick to get mad...but also very quick to let it go and just make another borderline inappropriate joke to let you know he was over it.
 
For the next few years, we had great laughs, stressful moments, and built a great friendship even after we both moved on to other adventures. We would hang out anytime I was in the San Diego area, and he would stary at my place if he was in LA and time to hang out. 
I love and miss you, little brother, so until we meet again, don't fight anyone up there so you're not 86'd by the time I arrive.

To the family of Chris, I am so very sorry for your loss. Although I hadn't seen Chris in a few years, I have very fond memories of a lot of good times and good friendship with Chris. Bottom line, he was a good-hearted man. He was a friend to many. He cared. My deepest condolences for your loss.

Mitch and Christopher took me with them for fishing in Cabos in 2013 and I think it was Isaiah who caught this huge fish. It was just a bit big for him to get out on his own (or probably even lift it up) so he got some help from Christopher. Hugging him and helping him hold the fishing rod to reel it in.

Hello am very sorry for your losses Mitchell and Ericka, a tia, and Grandmom to your son to your brother grandson Chris well be miss very much we been close for 10 years . Am not going to forget the great moments that we share with Chris @ Monica what a lovely  couple they were.

Always the best Tío....Thank you for taking your nephew and doing all the inappropriate things we would never let him do. Whether it was McDonald's or Hooters or rated R movies....you were always his best and favorite conspirator.
