Damien is my uncle, even though we weren’t close in distance I always felt a closeness to you. So many good times chilling at the shop teaching me how to do things on my car and hanging with all your homies. I always had a sense of pride when I talked about you- your ability to just learn things and do it with ease, and your dedication to your family was bar none. There is a void in this world now without your physical presence, but I seek comfort in knowing you are with grandpa now! Rest easy unc, till we meet again!

Dear family,  we are heartbroken at this loss.  Even though we are so far removed from the daily happenings, holidays, and typical interaction, we are none the less completely distraught.  This is an impossible loss.  We are aching for the kids and praying for Damiens guiding hands to reach them forever.  And to Merlyn,  it's an impossible pain to have to live with the rest of your days.  We, Charlie, Myself, Jessica, Rick, Ashley, are here for you any time you need.  In God's love and comfort. Here is Damien with his camera, the day he went above and beyond filming our entire wedding. We thought he'd just film a small part, but he captured everything, his young assistant Darren by his side. My family who couldn't make the wedding watched the video and said they felt like they were there too. We will be forever thankful to him for preserving these memories for us. I remember being really stoked  when my dad announced he'd gotten engaged and I realized I'd have a step brother and get to be a step aunt to his sweet son and daughter. Our thoughts and prayers are with you guys constantly. He sure raised some incredible kids. 

2018 going into 2019 NYE. I asked you to come along since you weren’t doing anything and the kids were out that year. We had a lot of fun watching Cwitch drunk djing and Burk in the mic dancing. Nothing but laughs that night.
