Dan McCauley

Dan was born on April 15, 1943 in Garden Grove California. He fought for his country in Vietnam. Dan spent many years working in the airline industry, which allowed him to travel the world. He enjoyed USC Football, sailing, diving, hunting, and skiing. Dan is survived by his loving partner Arlene Bell, sister Sherry Barker, daughter Heather McCauley Moriarity, and grandchildren Aidan, Finn, and Taryn Moriarity.

A visitation at the magnolia room for Dan will be held Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A funeral service at the magnolia room will occur Friday, November 3, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A committal service at Miramar National Cemetery will occur Friday, November 3, 2023 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM, 5795 Nobel Drive San Diego, CA 92122. A celebration of life will be held after the committal service at Heather Moriarity's house: 2837 Chatham St., El Cajon CA 92020.
