Feliciano, also known as "Feliz", was born in Jalisco, Mexico and moved to San Diego, California as a young man to pursue the American dream. He began working at a factory in Downtown San Diego where he met and fell in love with his wife. Feliciano later learned the trade of welding and loved his career as a welder in the shipyards of San Diego, where he worked for many years to support his family.
Feliciano is survived by 9 children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Some of his greatest joys in life were spending time with family and his dogs, watching soccer, barbecuing in the backyard, eating delicious food, listening and singing along to his favorite music, and making jokes - he had a great sense of humor!
