Francisco Axber Meno Santos Sr. was born on January 1, 1934 in Agana, Guam.
He went to rest at the age of 82 on January 19, 2016. Francisco proudly joined the United States Army from October 1952 through October 1954. Francisco continued his patronage when he served in the United States Navy from October 1956 and retired honorably in October 1974.
Francisco is survived by his loving wife Patricia, sons Richard, Francisco Jr., daughter Elizabeth and eight wonderful grandchildren.
