Francisco, known to many as Paco, was a charismatic and funny individual who touched the lives of many with his generosity and hardworking nature. He was a family-oriented man, a talented guitar player, and a visionary who loved traveling the world.
Francisco dedicated more than 40 years of his life to the restaurant industry, successfully running and operating 7 Mexican restaurants, including Cafe Vallarta, Tierrasanta Mexican Restaurant, Casa Machado, Emiliano's Mexican Restaurant, Antonio's Hacienda, El Jacalito Grill, and Murrieta's Mexican Restaurant. Today, all but one of these establishments continue to thrive, a testament to his passion and dedication, and all being ran by family or friends.
In his free time, Francisco enjoyed playing the guitar, traveling, organizing family get-togethers, and working on house projects. His love for music and exploration enriched his life and those around him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Socorro Sifuentes, daughters Ana Karina, Elizabeth, and Rebecca, grandsons Ricky and Frankie Ferreira, and siblings Jesus Salvador, Luz Maria, Ruth, Dina, David, Raquel, Elizabeth, Ruben, and Efrain. Francisco was preceded in death by his father Salvador Sifuentes, mother Dominga Gonzalez, and brother Carlos Guillermo Sifuentes.
A visitation will be held at Glen Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary in Bonita, CA, on April 29, 2024, at 10:00 AM to honor and remember Francisco's life.
