Frank is survived by his spouse, Norma Brainard and their 2 daughters. Frank and Norma were married for for 62 years and shared many memorable times together.
A memorial service for Frank will be held Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Glen Abbey Chapel of the Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902. Following the memorial service will be a reception from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Brainard Residence, 152 J Street, Chula Vista, California 91910.
