Hortencia Diaz, age 75, of San Diego, California passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Hortencia was born September 10, 1946.
A memorial service for Hortencia will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 4:00 PM at Glen Abbey's Magnolia Room, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902.
