Irma Carrillo was born on October 23, 1945 in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, where she lived until she came to the United States at the age of 12. She was always known for her thirst for knowledge and applied herself to her education, becoming the first in her family to earn her master’s degree in social science.
Irma represented so much to all of us: Mother, Lita, Sis, Tia, Prima, and Friend. For her surviving children, Cynthia, Marc, Patricia , and Aaron, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Gabriel, Alexandria, Arturo, Veronica, Daniella, Alexia, Isaak, Cesar, Lilianna, and Abby, she was the best Mother and Lita anyone could ask for. No one will ever be able to replace her. But more importantly, no one will ever love us the way our mother has always loved us.
Though Irma is no longer with us, we have all been blessed with her presence in our lives, and her legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to her family and friends will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.
“Don’t let it ever be forgot that I loved you till my last living breath”.
