John Webb Ashley

Preceded in death was his wife of 69 years, Mary Lou Ashley; brothers, William Eugene and Charles Bennett; father John Webb Ashley Sr.; mother Sally Bradley Massey and sister Esther Nadine. Survived by his son, Bradley Paul Ashley; sisters Wanda Jo Franks, Patricia Ann Romer, Betty Jean Carloss and Barbara La Rue Curtright; cousins Ray and Carmen Gonzales; Sunny and Juan Rodriguez; Summer and Jason Colotario; good friend, Sara Razo; along with numerous friends, nieces and nephews.

John was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses since 1947. He lived in Fairfield, California for 45 years. He moved to San Diego, California in 2013 where he stayed with relatives. He will be missed by family and friends for his humor, generosity, integrity and for his example of faithfulness.

Memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses

70 Walnut Drive, Chula Vista, California 91911 on February 20, 2016 at

2:00 PM. Burial will be private.
