

Lamberto Ramos Santiago was born to the late Gonzalo and Leonora Santiago in Malabon City, Philippines on April 16, 1948. He has five other siblings that included three older brothers and two sisters. Lamberto was a hardworking, humble, and quiet individual but when he speaks everyone listened. He was funny, kind, loving, caring, and was always willing to put others needs before himself. Lamberto studied at PMI College, and earned an Associate’s Degree in Nautical Science. He worked as a Merchant Marine (Seaman) in the Philippines for 10 years and was a Production Operator at Sony for 14 years.
In 1990 Lamberto moved his family to the United States and settled in San Diego, California. Over the years, his family would grow bigger and he would make many good friends along the way. Lamberto was a very active and healthy individual who loved the outdoors. Fishing, running, traveling, and gardening were Lamberto’s passion in life. He enjoyed planting various types of plants in his backyard, and would tend to them on a daily basis. His favorite foods are vegetables and seafood which he often ate, and he kept a strict healthy diet throughout his life.
Lamberto is survived by his wife Norma; three children Larry (Pia), Norberto (Zherryll), and Lanor (Kevin); and seven grandchildren Noreen, Zabrinah, Noah, Zoee, Sophia, Emmalyn, and Lara.
