I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Michael. My heart goes out to you during this incredibly difficult time. I can’t imagine the pain and sorrow you must be feeling right now.
Please know that you are not alone. I am here for you, ready to offer any support you need. Whether it’s a shoulder to cry on, someone to talk to, I am here for you.
Michael was a wonderful person, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, especially at our Serenity Nail salon. We all love his attitude toward our nail techs here every time he comes.  His kindness, warmth, and love for you were evident to everyone. I hope you find some comfort in the cherished memories you shared together.
Take all the time you need to grieve and remember that it’s okay to feel whatever you are feeling. Your friends and family are here to support you through this.

Mike and I worked together for years at QDOBA, and on many days, he was the first person I talked to in the office.  Mike was such a kind and gentle person and he made my life much easier at work.  He was always there with a smile to help with my laptop or in preparation for important video calls such as board meetings.  His calm demeanor and outstanding technical skills impacted literally everyone at QDOBA.  

My prayers and thoughts are with the Lagman family during this difficult time.  I will miss my friend Michael and hope the memory of such a special person will give friends and family a small piece of comfort.  God bless Michael and the Lagman family.

Mike, a truly remarkable man and my brother-in-law, touched many lives in countless ways. He had a passion for photography that allowed him to capture the world in a way that few could. His photos weren’t just images; they were stories filled with emotion, beauty, and a unique perspective that inspired everyone around him.
I’ll never forget how he helped me buy my first car. His support and guidance during that experience meant the world to me. He was always there, not just as a brother-in-law, but as a true mentor and friend. Mike also had a quirky obsession with police videos, often sharing the most entertaining clips and engaging in lively discussions about the comments section. His laughter and joy in these moments reminded us all to find happiness in the little things.
Above all, he was a pillar of support, always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand. His kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. As we remember him, let us carry forward his spirit of adventure, love, and unyielding support. Love you forever.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about the loss of Mike.  We worked together many, many, years ago at Petco; I still remember the day that he came for his interview and taking him back to one of our conference rooms.  He turned out to be not just a highly skilled coworker but one of those guys you just wanted to spend time with, elevating the people around him.

In the last few years we got back in touch with each other on social media as we both had a passion for photography, and I regret that we never managed to shoot together even though we talked about it regularly.

He was one of the good guys, and will be surely missed.  To the family, my deepest and most heartfelt sympathies and condolences.

In college at SDSU, Mike, Julie and me were called “The Three Musketeers”…mostly by Julie’s mom. We three were always together and I have so many fond memories of those days. We cycled and of course Mike and Julie were much better cyclists than me. One of my funniest and heartwarming memories was when Mike was taking a Japanese class and invited me and Julie to attend as guests. Next thing I know we are sitting on the floor and not understanding the language. Mike with his infectious laugh just laughed. We always had fun and deep conversations. Mike was (past tense is hard) gentle, caring and great friend to me. And though we lost touch in later years when we did talk it was always as if no time had passed. He was the foundation of the three of us. I will miss him beyond measure. 

My condolences to Mike’s family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

The photos he took, epitomized by this one, are precious to me. And the times we laughed together similarly so. I care, and I still remember (and wish I had acted on) the dream of a compound in Hawaii and spending time there ..

Mike, it's hard to understand that you are gone.  We really give thanks to destiny that we had the pleasure to meet you.
A couple of weeks ago you were teaching us how to use chopsticks, you were a really good teacher. We will keep learning for you. You always make jokes about us being crazy because we made everything to see or to go to an event of our favorite group. You said we were crazy or funny with a smile that we won't forget, we will be missing those moments. We are really glad that somehow we made you smile.
You were so excited about my sisters and I trip next year, you gave us some tips and everything, we would loved to talk about how our trip went to you.
We will missing you so much, you are a ray of light in our lives. Love you.

My sincere condolences to Mike's family on his passing. Mike was always kind to me and he will be greatly missed in our company.

I worked with Mike for about six years. In that time, Mike was always friendly and patient with any IT issues that I reported. Mike enjoyed talking about football and often laughed whenever I brought up how poorly my team was performing (Dallas Cowboys). 

Last year when I was considering buying a Tesla, Mike offered to let me drive his. Mike loved his red Tesla and as recent as two weeks ago he stated that he was still very happy with his Tesla (6 years and 100,000 miles).

Mike, we will miss your friendly personality and positive outlook.

Thank you for brightening our days in and out of the office. Your warmth and friendship will be truly missed, and no one can replace you. My family's hearts go out to you and your family. Rest, my friend, Rest.

Mike was seated behind me at Qdoba and we bonded over both of us having EVs. (You had to juggle who is charging when). 
I loved his red Tesla with the Snoopy plates—because my husband and I are hooked on beagles too.  He always was easy going and always lended a hand when I needed IT help. I’ve since moved to another job, but when I saw Mike a few weeks ago, he mentioned he was considering getting a new Tesla. 
Just reminds me as we make all our plans, that life sometimes changes our direction. 
He will be missed in so many places.

I cannot believe I am writing this because I just saw you not too long ago. You were one of the first people I met when I started with QDOBA and I will never forget you. You ALWAYS asked me about my family when I would see you and you would always check on me and my team. Anytime I visit the office you were one of the people I always stopped by to talk to. You were like a work uncle to me, and I will never forget you. Sad to hear the news and I will always pray for you and your family.

Dearest Suzanne, Ivan and Glen,
I'm having a really hard time because words don't express the feelings that the memories give.  You have lost a husband, a friend, a companion and a brother, and for me, a piece of my heart is now missing.  In every sense of the word, Michael was a GREAT man.  He was kind and sensitive and sentimental.  He was goofy, fun loving and thought provoking.   (Back in the day, we thought we were so philosophical- maybe we were and maybe we weren't, but either way, we had great conversations.)  
Like you, I will miss all these characteristics and conversations.  Like you, I have great love for him and cherished memories.  Like you, Suzanne, I thought we would all grow old gracefully together and live happily ever after.  Don't get me wrong,  Mike was so happy!  It's not fair that he's gone so soon.  
I just want you all to know that in your time of sorrow I have you in my thoughts and prayers.  Our beloved husband, brother and friend is gone but he will live in our hearts forever.

My rock and my BEST friend.  This picture was the day we scattered my brother's ashes in La Jolla.  Michael was as much a part of my family as he was to his own.  He resides with most of my family now as well as his parents.  I know he's lighting heaven up with that smile and his infectious laugh!

Aahhh Oshman's....  That place was a huge part of Michael's early adult employment.  He was a ski tech there and eventually became a store manager.

A Christmas Day visit in 1992.  That grin and the infamous "bowl cut" hair- made me laugh all the time.

You will be missed my dear friend Mike. My heart is heavy, you were one of the kindest persons my family had ever gotten to have the blessing of calling you a great friend. My condolences to you, my sweet friend Suzanne Lagman ❤️ time is robbed from us at times and it is never fair. I met Michael through my wife’s friendship with Michael and Suzanne. Our friendship blossomed through vacation and sightseeing trips of this beautiful world we live in. Michael was a generous friend always eager to lend a helping hand with the photography of our children’s graduation, my marriage to Angelica, and pregnancy photos of my daughter’s firstborn . Mike and Suzanne captured the moments in our lives that meant so much to us on film, and they captured our hearts along the way.  Our heart breaks for you Suzanne, Our dear friend will be missed, rest in peace friend, till we meet again

It has been a long time, but I will always remember Michael’s warm smile and gentile heart.  Cousin Suzanne, all our love and prayers to you as you go through this difficult time. Many Condolences to the Lagman family and loved ones. I met Mike when I started to work for Qdoba. Obviously sharing the same ethnic background made it easy for us to relate, but also our passion for photography and film making brought us even closer. Mike as I knew him was a kind, humble and good man. He will be missed by our many colleagues. Rest in Peace Mike. Thanks for always being a great friend.
