Natalia Manalaysay Perez was born in Mambog 2, Bacoor City, Philippines. Formerly known as Natalia Del Rosario Manalaysay. She was born to parents Macario Campana Manalaysy and Eugenia Viniente Del Rosario on July 27, 1925. She grew up in the Philippines with her 2 brothers (Gregorio and Simplicio) and 2 sisters (Francisca and Vivencia).
On August 30, 1944, during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines in World War II, she married the love of her life, Bernardo Sauquillo Perez; together they had 8 children: Ason, Jaime, Arturo, Violy, Bella, Lohmi, Luningning and Renato.
Over time, her family has grown to include 8 children, 15 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren
Natalia was a long time market vendor, selling all kinds of stuff: clothing, fruits and vegetables, and plants that she had grown herself.
She likes listening to radio and conversing with her friends and neighbors on her spare time. She was known for being very loving, kind, generous, and very protective of her children and grandchildren.
Natalia passed away on November 5, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed.
