

Regina Directo Manzano, 70, of San Diego, California, peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. Born on September 7, 1953, in Ilocos Sur, Philippines, to Aquilino Ilog Directo and Flora Antonio Directo. Regina immigrated to San Diego, CA in her 20s, where she crafted a life marked by love, faith, and cherished moments.
Regina was a devoted wife to Timoteo T. Manzano, mother to Rachelle M. Narvas and son-in-law Roderick Narvas, and a proud grandmother to Reylynn, Rizalee, and Renato. She also leaves behind her cherished son, Michael D. Manzano, whom she held close to her heart.
Placing a high importance on generosity, Regina found immense joy in assisting those in need. Her unwavering faith in the Lord guided her through life’s challenges and triumphs. Regina's passion for exploring natural wonders took her on numerous road trips, where she marveled at the beauty of the world around her.
Friends and family are invited to honor and celebrate Regina’s life during a visitation on Friday, July 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Magnolia Room, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A funeral service will be held the following day, Saturday, July 27, 2024, as we reflect on her life with love and gratitude.
Regina will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. Her warmth and zest for life will continue to inspire and bring comfort in the days ahead.
