Roanna (Rowena Jovero) Garner, 41 of San Diego passed away on Friday, May 2nd, 2014 in Coronado, California. Roanna was born in the city of Bethesda, Maryland. She grew up in San Diego, California and later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is survived by her Mother, Rosalinda; Stepfather, Manny; Brother, Romuald, his wife, Brandy and their four children: Romy, Jaden, Alyssa, Ethan; and her very own children: Janisha, Johnny, Medina and Chucky. She is also predeceased by her father, Romulo Jovero. Roanna will always be remembered as a great daughter, sister, mother & friend.
