The memorial service will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, October 12th in the Chapel of the Roses at Glen Abbey in Bonita, CA. Chaplin John will be officiating.
Interment will follow the memorial at Nature Garden immediately following the service.
Rogelio was born in Olongapo City, Philippines on April 5, 1937.
Rogelio was married to Sandie G. Santos on December 17, 1956; they were married for 60 years.
Rogelio served as a Senior Chief for the United States Navy for 20 years. He enjoyed watching the Los Angeles Lakers, San Diego Padres and San Diego Chargers.
Rogelio is survived by wife Sandie G. Santos, daughters Cornell Villaverde and her husband Edward of Chula Vista and Gina Santos of Milpitas; 8 granddaughters, 4 grandsons and 9 great-grandchildren.
Rogelio is preceded in death by his daughters Diane Tone and Eileen Bright.
