

Virginia W. Suarez was born to Lee Tong Wong and Bernabela Garcia on October 27, 1922. She was raised in Makati, Philippines. He was raised with six siblings, (deceased) brother Macario, (deceased) Magdalena, Liwayway, Victoria, Marcelo and (deceased) Adel. Virginia attended and graduated from Makati high school in the Philippines.
At a young age, Virginia met and fell in love with Clemente G. Suarez and the couple happily exchanged wedding vows on June 15, 1942. The wedding ceremony was held at Pasig Municipal Hall in the Philippines. Virginia and Clemente were blessed with 10 children, Josefina, Morena, Rosalinda, Milagros, Norma, Daniel, Virgilio, Janet, Arnel and Alex. Later in life they received the joy of 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Fortunately, Virginia enjoyed what she did for a living being a homemaker. Virginia enjoyed her leisure time by taking part in various activities including reading pocket books and magazines. She also loved attending bible studies and traveling. Virginia was always happy and willing to share her interests with others. She was a full pledged member of Church of Christ (Iglesia NI Cristo). One of her many accomplishments was raising her wonderful children.
Virginia W. Suarez left us on March 15, 2012. She passed away in Chula Vista, County of San Diego. She is survived by daughters, Josefina S. Figueroa, Morena S. Concepcion, Rosalinda S. Correa, Milagros S. Millan, Norma S. Manlapaz, Janet S. Hernandez and sons, Virgilio W., Daniel W., Arnel W, and Alex W. Suarez. Services were handled by Glen Abbey Mortuary. A Funeral Service was held at Glen Abbey Mortuary Chapel on Friday, March 23, 2012. Virginia W. Suarez was later laid to rest at Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita, California.
