David Earl “Big Dave” Winfield, 60, passed away January 23, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. He was born August 5, 1958, to Son and Helon Weeks Winfield. He graduated from Booneville High School in 1976 and attended Northeast Mississippi Community College. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling, watching NASCAR, and was an avid football fan.
A celebration of life service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 26, 2019, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. David Hopper officiating.
He is survived by his mother, Helon Winfield; a sister, Melanie Wallace and her husband Patrick; and a nephew Nathan Wallace.
He was preceded in death by his father, Son Winfield; and his grandparents, Peter Nash and Ninnie Winfield and Roy and Lottie Weeks.
Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
