Makenzie “Mak” Ford, 18, of Saltillo died Friday, April 22, 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born March 31, 1993 to Kenneth and Becky Thomas Ford. He was a member of Tupelo Church of God and a senior at Saltillo High School. Mak was an honorary fire fighter with Saltillo Fire Dept
.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Monday, April 25, 2011, at Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Tishomingo with Bro. William Copeland and Bro. William H. Burcham officiating. Burial will be in Campbelltown Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth & Becky Ford of Saltillo; his grandparents, Billy & Brenda Ford of Wheeler and Aaron & Sandra Thomas of Tishomingo; one sister, Haley Ford (fiancé, Matt Carpenter) of Saltillo; and a host of friends and other family.
Visitation will be 2-8:00 pm on Sunday and until service time on Monday at the church.
