Opal Fleming, 91, died Monday, August 13, 2012, at her home. She was born October 9, 1920 to Leonard and Effie Hill Donahue. She was a member of Rienzi Baptist Church and retired from North East Mississippi Community College Cafeteria.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, August 17, 2012 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Nichols officiating.
She is survived by four daughters, Sandra Chandler and Wanda Fleming both of Booneville, Audrey Jackson of Dover, DE, and Darlene DeGraw of Springfield, MO; three sons, Lee Fleming of Crest Hill, IL, Travis Fleming of Rienzi, and Dean Fleming of Berwyn, IL; 21 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Fleming; her parents; five sons, William Lewis Fleming, Lucian Cecil Fleming, Leland Troy Fleming, James O'Neil Fleming, and Bobby Gene Fleming; one sister, Faye White; four brothers, E.J., A.C., G.B., and one infant brother.
Visitation will be 5-8 pm on Thursday, August 16, 2012 and until service time on Friday.
