Pat Downs

Patrick Shane Downs, 45, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at his home. He was born April 30, 1971, to Stanley and Linda Rinehart Downs. He was a Journeyman Electrician. He was a member of IBEW Local 852 in Corinth. He enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, hunting, listening to Jerry Clower, wrestling and all sports. He was most happy at home sharing his hobbies with his children and grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Trimble and Bro. Jason Franklin officiating and Tyson Prentiss delivering the eulogy. Burial will be in Jumpertown Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Marti Moore Downs; two daughters, Raleigh Payton Downs and Leah (Jarrett) Jones; one son, Tyson (Brittney) Prentiss; his father, Stanley Downs; his mother, Linda Downs; one sister, Samantha Miller; three grandchildren, Gavin Sartain, Madli Sartain and Ayden Jones; and his grandmothers, Oneda Downs and Juanita Rinehart.

He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Ed Downs and Fray Rinehart.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
