Josephine "Joyce" Freddura

Josephine C. “Joyce” Freddura of Boston’s North End passed away on October 9, 2018. Beloved daughter of the late Emanuele and Anna (Alicata) Freddura. Loving sister of Salvatore “Sam” Freddura and his late wife Christine Nazareth (Cogliano), the late Paul Freddura and his surviving wife Barbara (Bevilacqua) all formerly of the North End. Cherished aunt of Emmanuel P. Freddura, Ann Christine Hall, Ursula Whitney, Peter E. Freddura, Richard P. Freddura and Barbarann Finocchiaro. Also survived by many loving great and great-great nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors on Friday from 4pm to 8pm in the Boston Harborside Home, 580 Commercial St., Boston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10am in St. Stephen Church, 401 Hanover St., Boston. To join procession to the church, be at funeral home by 9am. Services will conclude with interment in St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
