Dear Marie

I will never forget all the memories we shared in MGH Cytology/Pathology.  Besides work, we shared holiday parties with your famous candy and birthday parties.  I enjoy the memories of going out to dinner  in November with a group of our co-workers and then heading to the Christmas tree shop.   Where does time go??? I will always remember you. ❤️

Marie and I met as teens and became the closest of friends from day one.
We were both only children, but we couldn't be any closer....it's as if we were actually siblings

To this day, we have talked every single morning for just about 50 years.

We have been through and supported each other through so many times, both good and bad, and have shared so much laughter and of course, some tears.

I feel like a part of me has left, but 50 years of love, friendship and memories will stay in my heart forever

Marie was dearly loved by her many colleagues in the cytology lab of MGH who enjoyed sharing her celebration of St. Anthony's feast every year and her delicious home made chocolate bark at Christmas. She was greatly missed after she retired, and her kindness and sense of humor will forever be remembered by her many friends in cytology.  Enjoy your place with the angels, Marie.

So very sorry to hear about Marie ‘s passing she was one of my childhood friends.  We spent many days at her childhood home.  We would hang out there, her mom back in those days worked so we would gather.  Her mother never ever complained about us all being there.  We use to listen to the radio and smoke our cigarettes. Marie never was much of a talker, if she had something to say she would.  You will be missed Rest in Eternal Paradise
