

Charlie Frink passed away on January 3, 2024, after a lengthy illness. Charlie was a long-time resident of Bourne, living mostly in his beloved home in Monument Beach. He graduated from Wareham High School and worked summers at Maco’s Bait Shop which his parents Harriet and Al DeSouza owned for years.
Charlie loved people and was member of the Cape Cod Singles Connection and Cape Cod British Car Club for many years. He was also a proud member of the Bourne Republican Party Club and a trained CERT emergency provider deputized by Barnstable County to respond in the event of an emergency. Charlie loved helping others and would scout out Dorothy’s Place for useful items, fix them up and give them to family and friends who needed it.
Charlie is survived by his son Paul Frink and daughter in law Julie Frink of Pocasset, his daughter Alison (Frink) O’Donnell and son in law Jimmy O’Donnell of McLean, Virginia as well as his granddaughters Kelly Frink of Sagamore and Kiya Frink of Pocasset, grandson Brendan Frink of Monument Beach, great granddaughter Avery Frink of Monument Beach as well as other family and many friends both old and new who will miss him dearly. Visiting hours will be Saturday April 6th from 10am-12pm at Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home on MacArthur Blvd in Bourne, MA. Funeral service will follow at 12pm.
