M-Sgt. Ret. Charles R. Rose, 81 of Denton, TX passed away Sunday June 17, 2012 in Dallas, TX. He was born August 7, 1930 in Bronx, NY to George and Margaret Fields Rose. He married Betty Chorazy on February 11, 1961 in Trenton, NJ. He retired from the U.S. Air Force and served in Korea and Vietnam. He also retired from the Bourne post office and attended St. Mark Catholic Church in Denton, TX. Visiting hours will be held Thursday June 28, 2012 from 4 to 7 PM at the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd. Bourne. A graveside service will be held Friday June 29th at 12:30 at the MA National Cemetery with Military Honors. He is survived by his wife Betty Rose of Denton, TX; sons, Richard Rose of Bourne MA, Paul Rose of Bourne, Mark Rose of Bourne and Tim Rose of Joshua, TX and 6 grandchildren.
