

Paul F. Cummings, of Buzzards Bay, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. He was the husband of Claudette “Clo” (Seynave) Cummings, the couple were married in Weymouth on October 16, 1964.
Born in Quincy, MA, a son of the late James and Anne (Ramsdale) Cummings. Mr. Cummings attended high school in Quincy. He had resided in Hanson, MA for 40 years.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Mr. Cummings was owner and operator of Discount Auto Radiator for many years; previously he had worked for Colony Inc. in Quincy for several years. He also had worked as a farrier.
Paul lived a full life and enjoyed working with his hands, whether it was repairing his children’s cars or recreational vehicles. He especially enjoyed the time he spent with his grandchildren. He loved his family more than anything. He always said how lucky he was to have such wonderful children. He will be missed.
Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter, Lisa Frank of Hanson, MA; 3 sons, John Cummings and his wife Karen of Assonet, MA, Robert Cummings and his wife Lorry of Weymouth, MA and Wayne Cummings and his companion Patty Harrison of Buzzards Bay; 2 sisters, Beverly Uburtis and Patricia Bright both of Halifax, MA and 7 grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Peggy Cummings and James Cummings.
Private services are by the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 40 MacArthur Blvd. Bourne, MA. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his memory may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project P.O. Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675.
