

Robert A. Hammond of Pocasset, gently passed away at Bourne Manor with his wife, Ellen Marie (Migliaccio) of 35 years by his side.
He was born in Tobey Hospital, Wareham on Oct 28, 1950 to George and Patricia Hammond of Pocasset; now deceased.
He has a brother George (father of nephew Jonathan) and a sister Ann (mother of nephew Noah) of Falmouth, MA.
He graduated from Bourne High School in 1968.
With the exception of a few years at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and in the U.S. Army, he was a lifelong resident of Pocasset.
Bob worked for Bank of America at 100 Fed as a Senior IT Technician for the Executive Support group.
Previously, he worked for O.R.E in Falmouth and KAO Infosystems in Plymouth.
He was a fan of all Boston sports; especially the Red Sox and N.E. Patriots.
He enjoyed reading, camping and get-togethers with friends and family.
Bob loved all dogs and sadly leaves behind his three: Doxy, Daisy and his loyal little pal, Rosco, a Cairn Terrier.
He also leaves behind his mother-in-law, Eleanor Migliaccio, who always called him "my Bob",
John and Ellen Migliaccio, Lenore Migliaccio, Nora and Ray Glass, Robert and Emily Migliaccio, and
eight great nieces and nephews.

at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, in Bourne.
Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
