To all of the Simko and Simko extended family - - I am so saddened and stunned by the loss of Annie; she brought warmth and humor to my life at every meeting. Everyone with whom she worked at IRS simply adored her. I know with absolute certainty that she is with the angels and now sharing love and peace forever with her much loved brother John. My prayers for spiritual healing and comforting thoughtfulness are with all of Annie's family, but most especially with Sue, Maria, Steve, Amanda and Dick. I hope that Ashleigh, Nick and Brittany will be soothed by memories of Annie's affection and care for them; she loved them so and took such pride in their many accomplishments and generosity to each other, great and small, all the time. I pray that all of Annie's family will find comfort in the many, many funny and happy memories of this gentle, sweet soul. She leaves an emptiness in me too, that is impossible to fill.  But if she could talk to us (and I feel she already is), I'm sure she would say to go hug a puppy or better yet another person, or to be sure to notice how beautiful the autumn leaves are, or to shout out a cheer for your favorite sports team, or to share a big laugh over something silly....and to imagine that she is sending that happy moment directly from her in heaven to you on earth. In so many ways, Annie was a role model for kindness and compassion and friendliness, to every one she knew. I loved her. My deepest condolences are with you all. Much love, Suzanne

I am so sorry for everyone for the loss of Ann. Ann was such a beautiful soul, greeted everyone with a smile, and cared so much about everyone. My father loved her dearly, too. This is one of my favorite photos of Ann - making Nick smile. God bless her, and everyone who loved her.

I only knew Ann a short time but she was very sweet nice lady and loved her cat.  Sue you have my deepest sympathy.

I have so many memories of Ann from when we were neighbors on Rosewood Drive.  I spent endless days and holidays with the Simko family and Ann was always there.  I remember her always wanting to hang out with her big sister, Maria and me.  She loved all of her family and her pets and she was always willing to do anything to help out if someone needed it.  Ann was a caring and loving person and the world was a better place during the time she was here.   My deepest sympathy to her family.  Hoping you find peace with the loving memories you have of Ann.
